Ingredients
2 cups chopped palak
4-5 green chillies
1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
2-3 tbsps jeera
1 tbsp garam masala powder
2.5 cups wheat flour
Salt to taste
Water for kneading (if required)
Oil for frying paranthas
Method
- In a blender, make a fine paste of palak and green chillies and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add coriander leaves, garam masala powder, wheat flour, cumin seeds and salt.
- Knead to a soft chapathi dough.
- Rest the dough for ten minutes.
- Take small rolls of the dough and roll the dough to a circle using the rolling pin.
- Fry paranthas with oil on both sides.
- Repeat the procedure to make paranthas with the remaining dough.
Delicious palak coriander parathas are ready to serve.
- Use the stems of palak while blending. Do not discard it.
- Use only the leaves of coriander.

- Do not use water while making the palak paste.
- Adjust the water or wheat flour quantity while mixing the dough.
