Ingredients
2 cups chopped Methi Leaves
2 green chilles chopped
1.5 cups curd
3 cups wheat flour
1 cup millet flour
1 tbsp garam masala powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsps cumin seeds / jeera
Salt to taste
Method
- In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, millet flour, garam masala, turmeric, salt and jeera.
- Mix all the dry ingredients well.
- Add the chopped methi leaves and green chilles to this flour mixture and mix well.
- Beat the curd and pour it into the mixing bowl.
- Knead to a soft chapathi dough.
- Divide the dough into equal roundels.
- Roll each portion of the dough into rotis. Use rice flour or wheat flour while rolling the rotis.
- Heat a pan and roast the parathas by smearing oil on both sides.
Tasty methi millets parathas are ready to serve with curd and a
pickle of your choice.
