Instant Rice Flour Dosa

Preperation time : 2 minutes
Resting time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 1 minute per dosa

Ingredients

2 cups rice flour
2 tsps cumin seeds / jeera
0.5 cup curd
Salt to taste
Water

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients.
  2. Add water and mix to a runny dosa consistency.
  3. Allow to rest for ten minutes.
  4. Heat a tawa.
  5. Pour the dosa batter on the tawa. You will not be able to spread this batter unlike the regular fermented dosa batter.
  6. Add oil around the dosa and cook on both sides.
Serve Instant Rice Flour Dosas with your favorite chutney.
