Preperation time : 2 minutes
Resting time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 1 minute per dosa
Ingredients
2 cups rice flour
2 tsps cumin seeds / jeera
0.5 cup curd
Salt to taste
Water
Method
- In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Add water and mix to a runny dosa consistency.
- Allow to rest for ten minutes.
- Heat a tawa.
- Pour the dosa batter on the tawa. You will not be able to spread this batter unlike the regular fermented dosa batter.
- Add oil around the dosa and cook on both sides.
Serve Instant Rice Flour Dosas with your favorite chutney.
